Tonight we went trick or treating. Cold!!! Freezing!!! Literally!!! We went with Derek and Elise and their son, Scotty. We only lasted outside for a half an hour or so. Then we went to a Noah's Ark party at a nearby church. (What am I saying? All the churches are nearby.) The boys had fun being a lizard and a gorilla. They were, of course, thrilled out of their minds at the sheer quantity of candy.

how cute! seems to me last year about this time a firefighter and fisherman came to my goshen college apartment for some candy. i also remember that the little firefighter had chocolate all over his face and had managed to eat most of his candy in the car on the way to my apartment without mommy or daddy noticing!
wow, what fun I love the picture of them from the back, looks like enough till Christmas eh?

Mom, we got the costumes from the toy library. Someone had dropped off a bunch of them and the boys got to choose whichever one they wanted.
I was going to comment like Twila. Most years kids have to wear snowsuits. This year is warm! =) Kendra
